Chocolatier Flo Broughton has developed a drink called TRASH made from the sweet pulp surrounding cocoa beans, a part of the fruit typically discarded during production. By repurposing this waste into a tropical-style beverage, the initiative aims to reduce the significant amount of material currently left behind in the chocolate supply chain.
