After being struck by a speeding vehicle in Wrekenton, Shola the cat was rushed to the PDSA Pet Hospital with critical injuries. Veterinary staff stabilised her in an oxygen chamber, and she has since made a full recovery - a relief for her owners who feared the worst after the accident.
