Eleven-year-old Ted, who is paraplegic, was carried up the Three Peaks by his family and friends to raise money for the charity Molly Ollys. The group encountered the Princess of Wales on each of the three mountains, where she stopped to check on Ted's progress and later contributed to his fundraising efforts.
