Disability benefit assessments to be audio recorded as standard from Monday
The Department for Work and Pensions is making audio recording the default for all face-to-face and telephone health assessments for disability benefits. This shift from an opt-in system aims to increase transparency and provide claimants with a record they can use if they decide to appeal a decision.
