Virgin Money has added safe spaces to 42 of its branches to support people affected by domestic abuse. These private, confidential areas allow individuals to access support, make calls to specialist charities, and find safety away from their abuser. Nationwide Building Society, which operates Virgin Money branches, now has 475 safe spaces across its network.
