Cardiff Community Housing Association has received planning permission to build 15 affordable apartments on the site of the former Fleurs Sport and Social Club in Splott. The development will provide much-needed housing in the area, helping to address the local shortage of affordable homes while utilising a well-connected site near the city centre.
