Sarah Frost was on her way to the University Hospital of North Tees when she realised her baby was arriving sooner than expected. Her partner James Charlton pulled into an Esso station in Sedgefield, where he delivered their son Albie on the back seat of their car before paramedics arrived to assist. Both mother and baby are doing well following the unexpected roadside birth.
