After undergoing a triple bypass for cardiovascular disease, 75-year-old farmer Hugh Thomas is encouraging others in the agricultural industry to prioritise their health. The sunflower farmer, who recently won Britain's Got Talent as part of the Hawkstone Farmers' Choir, hopes his experience will prompt others to visit their GP rather than ignoring symptoms.
