Marks & Spencer is launching 1,000 paid traineeships for 16 to 24-year-olds to help those currently out of work, education, or training gain a foothold on the career ladder. The six-month programme focuses on retail management and workplace experience, providing a practical route into employment for young people without requiring a university degree.
