After caring for her late father, Natalie Cassidy has completed a Level 3 BTEC in health and social care to better understand the sector. Her new documentary, Natalie Cassidy: Caring Together, follows her placements in care homes and with St John Ambulance, highlighting the daily realities faced by those working in the profession.
