Dale Fischer is taking on the Cologne Half Marathon to raise funds for LATCH, a Welsh charity that supported the family of young Ava Grace Bird. Ava, who lost an eye to a rare form of cancer as a toddler, has inspired her father's friend to support the ongoing care and emotional support the charity provides.
