Fergus Crawley has successfully completed 10 Ironman triathlons in 10 days to raise over £30,000 for the suicide prevention charity CALM. The challenge, which took place across 10 different cities, marks a decade since Fergus struggled with his own mental health and aims to encourage open conversations about wellbeing.
