Hilda West, 99, has received three tattoos, including a butterfly and her late husband's and son's initials, and plans to get a fourth to celebrate her 100th birthday. The retired civil servant from Kenilworth, Warwickshire, got her first tattoo at 94 and has since returned twice more. She kept her third tattoo a secret from her family to avoid objections.
