Cheryl Korbel, mum of murdered Olivia Pratt-Korbel, has seen a law passed in her daughter's name. The law, part of the Victims and Courts Bill, will allow for additional prison time and sanctions for criminals who refuse to attend their sentencing or disrupt hearings. Cheryl's campaign, started after her daughter's murder in 2022, has led to the law gaining Royal Assent.
