While on holiday in Bridgend, young nature lover Evie spotted a critically endangered Mexican axolotl resting under a bridge in the River Ogmore. Experts believe this is the first time the exotic amphibian has ever been found in the wild in the UK, and the creature has now found a safe new home with Evie's family.
