American DJ Todd Terry, known for his work in New York's 1990s house music scene, is opening a new venue in Liverpool city centre. Freeze Hifi will be a multifaceted space, operating as a daytime coffee spot and vinyl-led music space, with a late license running until 4am on weekends. The venue will feature different areas for various music styles.
