Travelodge has announced plans to convert the former Waterton House office building in Bridgend into an 80-bedroom hotel. The hotel, which will be Travelodge's 21st in Wales, is expected to take around 18 months to two years to complete. The project will bring the empty building back into use and provide accommodation for business and leisure travellers.
