A husband has expressed his gratitude to hospital teams who helped his wife return home to die surrounded by her loved ones. Sue Crossland, 68, from Deal, had been in hospital for four weeks on a ventilator after developing pneumonia. She was able to fulfil her dying wish to die at home with her cat and memories.
