A historic East London boxing club is being transformed by young volunteers aged 14-24 who are gaining vital trade skills and qualifications. The project aims to provide a clear pathway into the workforce for young people who are not in education, employment or training. The initiative comes as the UK faces a growing youth joblessness crisis, with over one in five 16-24-year-olds out of work or education.
