Helston celebrates Flora Day with traditional dances and processions
The streets of Helston were filled with colourful processions, dances, and music as the town celebrated its annual Flora Day. The festival, one of the oldest surviving customs in the UK, marks the arrival of spring and features a traditional dance called the 'Hal an Tow'. Over 1200 children from local schools took part in the celebrations, which were attended by a large crowd.
