A writer on a forest bathing class in Staunton Country Park, Havant, spotted a cucumber spider with a vibrant yellowish-green abdomen and a distinctive red mark. The spider's colouring is camouflaged by the green beech leaves above. There are five species of cucumber spider in Britain, but only two are common.
