New research by neuroscientist Dr Jack Lewis shows that a half-hour stroll outdoors can significantly reduce stress and increase positive emotions. To celebrate these findings, a series of community 'Joy Walks' are being launched across the country to help people discover the mental health benefits of the great outdoors.
