The redevelopment of Solihull's town centre has reached a major milestone with the appointment of a lead contractor for the first phase of the project. The scheme will transform the area into 'Holbeche Place', featuring hundreds of new homes alongside vibrant new shops, restaurants, and public spaces for the local community to enjoy.
