A rare first-edition of John James Audubon’s Birds of America is being shown to the public at the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow. The college has owned these stunning hand-coloured art treasures for nearly 200 years, and visitors can now see the life-sized illustrations for themselves.
