Birkenhead baker transforms garage start-up into award-winning business
Former chef Harry Doherty has successfully grown his artisan bakery, Solo Bread, from a small garage operation into one of the UK's top-rated wholesale bakeries. Using organic, UK-grown grains, the business is now preparing to open its first standalone shop in Birkenhead after three years of dedicated hard work.
